On the early morning hosting organization started praparations for the meeting. We printed all the educational materials and prepared a space for the meeting. In the afternoon when the partners arrived, we had a welcome dinner where everyone could try traditional Polish meals. After the dinner we had integration activities which helped us to get to know each other and to break the ice.

Wczesnym rankiem organizacja goszcząca rozpoczęła przygotowania do spotkania. Wydrukowaliśmy wszystkie materiały edukacyjne i przygotowaliśmy przestrzeń na spotkanie. Po południu, kiedy partnerzy dotarli na miejsce, spotkaliśmy się na powitalnym obiedzie, gdzie każdy miał możliwość spróbowania tradycyjnych polskich potraw. Po obiedzie odbyły się zajęcia integracyjne, które pomogły nam się bliżej poznać i przełamać lody.
